This stationery is for the 144MHz (2m) QRP contest ONLY. It is provided here for the use of entrants who need to send a handwritten entry by post. But if possible, please send a computer file by e-mail, rather than a paper entry by post. See here for more information on doing this.
Each form is available in two file formats:
RTF: Rich Text Format suitable for loading into most word processing software.
PDF: Adobe Portable Document Format which may be viewed
and printed using the free Acrobat Reader available for download
from Adobe.
Click
on the link for either RTF or PDF format for each sheet below. Use an option
to save the file in the dialogue that appears (details depend on how your
browser is configured). Alternatively, right click on the link and select
Save Link As... or Save Target As...
